Why Energy Channel Grounding Is More Effective Than Traditional Grounding
First, you’re already grounded.
You’re breathing. You’re in a body. You’re made of Earth. Touching a tree or standing barefoot may feel grounding — but the truth is, you’re already part of the Earth. You don’t need to reach down to connect to something you’re never separate from. Let that sink in. The Earth isn’t something outside of you — it’s within you. You are composed of its minerals, waters, rhythms, and elements. You are nature. So while traditional grounding practices like earthing, forest bathing, and barefoot walking can feel deeply soothing (and are still valuable), they aren’t what makes you grounded. They simply help you remember what’s already true. But remembering is different than relying.
